Information on Posters
Each participant presenting a poster will have one panel at his/her disposal.
The size of each panel is: 190 cm x 120 cm (height x width). It is therefore recommended that the size of each poster be approximately: 110 cm x 85 cm (height x width).
Pins or tape will be provided to fix the posters.
Overview posters will be displayed throughout the conference.
Other posters will be displayed according to the schedule of their respective session and should be put up 1/2 hour before the respective session starts (see programme for details) and removed immediately after the session to allow mounting of the posters for the next session.
During the respective poster session, presenters are requested to be at or close to their poster.
