Information on Preprints
For every accepted regular paper, a manuscript preprint must be submitted. Regular papers for which no preprint is received by the given deadline will be removed from the conference programme.
Manuscripts for contributed papers at the conference must be submitted through this platform only.
- Submission start: 31 July 2018.
- Submission end: 27 September 2018.
The IAEA will not accept contributed papers submitted after the deadline, and any subsequent submission by email will not be accepted either.
The sole format accepted for submission is PDF.
Papers must not exceed the number of pages specified below:
— Summaries: max 20 pages;
— Overviews (including Overview Posters): max 12 pages;
— Orals: max 8 pages;
— Posters: max 8 pages.
Please note: rapporteur papers are considered as orals and posters (max 8 pages).
Once the manuscript is prepared and ready for submission (i.e. produced using the template under the link 'Preprints template' and converted into PDF format), submitters should follow the following steps:
- Log into their INDICO account.
- Select “My contributions”.
- Select your contribution.
- Click on submit the paper. Only after this second step will the paper be definitively submitted.
