The deadline for electronic submission of full papers is 20 January 2022. Electronic Submissions will only be accepted via the Indico Website.
The template for Full Paper Submission can be found here. Papers that do not follow this format will not be considered for conference publications. Papers must be between 6-10 pages in total. Please provide papers in the .docx (Word) format.
Once the full paper is prepared and ready for submission, submitters should follow the following steps:
- Login into your IAEA Nucleus/Indico account
- Return to the FR22 Indico webpage
- In the menu on the left select 'Call for Papers' or 'My Contributions'
- Click on the title of your abstract
- At the bottom of the page click on the pencil icon
- Select 'Upload files' and choose the appropriate files to upload.
- Click the 'Upload' button in the bottom right-hand corner of the dialogue box
Examples and answers to FAQs on submissions will be updated here. Please see the conference announcement for more details.
My contribution was accepted for poster presentation, do I need to submit a full paper?
Yes, all accepted contributions are expected to submit a full paper. See section on "Contributed Papers and Posters" in the conference announcement.
Can the full paper deadline move closer to the conference date?
The paper deadline is set to accommodate the peer review for the full papers, provide all conference papers available virtually during the conference, and to enable a timely publication of the conference proceedings following the conference.
Following the peer review process, papers will be returned to authors. A final paper deadline will be set in April 2022, allowing authors to address the review comments and incorporate any new related refinements that you may have developed. We hope this schedule will enable you to submit a current and high quality status of your research and work.
Where is the "Call for Papers" or "My Contribution" link?
The "Call for Papers" and "My Contribution" link are only visible once you have logged in via IAEA's Nucleus. You should find a link in the top right corner of the page. Once you have logged in, return to the FR22 event page and you will find new options available on the left-side menu.
