Keynote, invited and oral presentations
Please ensure your presentation complies with your organization's guidelines and that it includes all necessary markings for sharing at this open conference.
Presentations must be uploaded to the website at least one day before they are scheduled. To upload your materials, go to the website and select 'My Contributions' tab on the left side. Find your contribution, scroll to the 'Presentation Materials' section, and upload files in .pptx or .pdf formats.
Poster presentations
Posters will be displayed in the Exhibition area in front of the meeting room, Boardroom A, M building, for the duration of the meeting. The abstract Id numbers will be clearly visible on the poster stands. Pins will also be available on the stands.
Poster dimensions: A0 size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm; 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches) in vertical orientation.
A poster session will be held on Tuesday 9 July after the oral presentations. Poster presenters should be available to present their work and answer questions during this session.
The electronic poster files should also be uploaded on the workshop website prior to the poster session.
