Description

Turkey is the first State that implemented State Declarations Portal (SDP) usage for its nuclear material accounting reports and Additional Protocol declarations. Also Turkey had tried to use Protocol Reporter 3 (PR3) since first they were announced and delivered to Turkey however we have experienced some problems. In this paper we will introduce Safeguards System in Turkey shortly and then share problems faced and best practices with SDP and PR3.
