0. Poster Board Number
Each poster presenter has been assigned a poster board number. Please use the link below to locate your assigned board and ensure your poster is displayed on it at least 10 minutes before your session begins.

1. Poster Size
All posters should be in portrait format and size A0 (1189 mm high and 841 mm wide).
2. Format
- The poster must be submitted electronically .
- Use UPPER and lower case for general content, as all-capital text is difficult to read.
- Avoid using mixtures of type/font styles.
- Text and presentation should be in English only.
The top of the poster should display, in lettering no smaller than 3 cm in height, the following information:
- Title of the Paper
- Name(s) of the Author(s)
- Affiliation(s)
- Email address
3. Template
A poster template is available here;
4. Uploading on INDICO
Please upload your poster by taking the following steps;
1) Log-in to your INDICO account.
2) Click “Contributions List” on menu,
3) Find your contribution and click on the title.
4) By clicking on your contribution's title, you will be redirected to your contribution's webpage. Click on the pencil icon at the very bottom of the page to upload your presentation.
5) Click “Upload files”.
7) Drag and drop your poster in PDF format.
8) Click “Upload” to complete the submission.
5. Deadline
It is recommended to submit the posters as early as possible. The suggested deadline is 30 September 2025.

1. May I change the format/style/color of the poster?
è Yes, but please make sure you cover the same framework.
2. How is my poster published?
è Poster will also be published electronically through the Conference Material.
3. Am I responsible for printing and bringing my own poster to the FEC?
è Please note the following options:
Option A: You may print your poster yourself and bring it to the venue
Option B: You may send your poster in PDF format to 15208299980@163.com by 23:00 (Beijing Time) on 10 October for on-site printing (cost free).
