As a Flash Talk presenter, you will have strictly 5 minutes to deliver your presentation, using 3-5 slides during 'Flash Talk' Session of the Conference. The focus should be on the main message, key results, and impact of your work, as described in the synopsis you have submitted. Please note that there will be no Q&A session following your presentation.
PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

The total duration must not exceed 5 minutes;

Presentation should have 3 to 5 slides maximum;

Clearly state the research or case study objective, highlight essential findings and conclusions;

Keep it concise and impactful.
PRESENTATION FORMAT

Presentations should be prepared for use in PowerPoint format (.pptx);
-
The official PowerPoint template must be used;
-
Slides should be visually clear, with minimal text and relevant graphics;
-
Avoid overcrowding slides with too much detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FLASH TALKS PRESENTER PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE ARE:

Upload your presentation to INDICO by 28 April 2025. Instructions for uploading the presentation can be found below;

Complete the biographical data survey available here and answer all questions by 28 April 2025;

Send via e-mail a 200px x 200px resolution portrait photograph (jpg format) to SEConf-2025@iaea.org.
- Send an e-mail to the organizing committee (SEConf-2025@iaea.org); if you do not want to have your presentation published on the Conference website.
NOTE: If you do not submit this information to us by 28 April 2025, we will not be able to include this important data in the final conference programme or in the IAEA conference and meetings application. We cannot accept the submission of this information during the conference.
