Guidelines for Panel Presentations

As a panelist, you will be engaged in a dinamic moderated discussion, sharing your insights and perspectives on the topic. No formal presentation or PowerPoint slides are required. Instead, the discussion will focus on key topics relevant to your expertise and experience, encouraging an interactive exchange of ideas.

To help you prepare, an online briefing meeting will be scheduled ahead of the Conference. This will give you an opportunity to meet the session moderator and other panellists, discuss the format, and go over key discussion points.

FORMAT

Each panel session will typically consist of a 10-minute keynote speech followed by a 60-minute panel discussion, and conclude with a 20-minutes Q&A session. The keynote speech will set the stage by providing key insights on the session's topic. The panel discussion will then bring together experts to share their perspectives in a moderated conversation. The session will end with interactive Q&A, allowing the audience to engage directly with the panellists. A moderator will facilitate the discussion, ensuring balanced participation and a smooth flow of conversation. A rapporteur will be responsible for summarizing key takeaways and capturing the highlights.
