Dedicated Poster Sessions will be held during the International Symposium on Food Safety and Control. A more detailed programme confirming which poster session you have been assigned to will be communicated in due time.
Posters are a visual presentation of your submitted abstract. Information on a Poster should attract attention. Please keep in mind that the content of the Poster should be limited to the most important information, leaving details and explanations for face-to-face dialogue. During Poster Sessions, authors will orally present their research to symposium attendees and provide interactive communication and dialogue.
Prior to the Symposium, poster presenters are asked to:
- Prepare a printed poster in portrait format using these guidelines. Please don’t forget to write your INDICO-ID in the top right corner of the poster.
- Prepare a pdf copy of your poster. File name format: INDICO ID_LastName_POSTER (sample: 123_Miller_POSTER).
- Prepare your photo (JPEG format 200 px x 200 px; file name INDICO ID_FirstName_LastName).
- Complete the Biographical Data and Release Form.
- 3 May 2024: Send your poster in pdf format, your photo and the Biographical Data and Release Form via email to the Symposium Secretariat International-Symposium-on-Food-Safety-and-Control-2024@iaea.org. The pdf version of your poster will be uploaded to the IAEA Conference and Meetings APP for those attending virtually to also view it and displayed on monitors during the breaks.
- Should you not wish to have your poster displayed on the IAEA Conferences and Meetings App, please send an email to the Symposium Secretariat informing them.
- Your poster cannot be printed at the event, it is your responsibility to print this and bring it with you to the Symposium.
