All oral presentations at the Symposium will be delivered as part of a specific session, according to the published programme. Unless otherwise instructed, each oral presentation is expected to be no longer than 12 minutes; allowing an additional 3 minutes for questions. Time limits will be strictly observed.
Prior to the Symposium, poster presenters are asked to:
- Prepare a PowerPoint presentation. The title should be the same as in the submitted abstract. File name format: INDICO ID_LastName_ORAL (sample: 123_Miller_ORAL).
- Prepare your photo (JPEG format 200 px x 200 px; file name INDICO ID_FirstName_LastName).
- Complete the Biographical Data and Release Form.
- 3 May 2024: Send your PowerPoint presentation, your photo, and the Biographical Data and Release Form via email to the Symposium Secretariat International-Symposium-on-Food-Safety-and-Control-2024@iaea.org. Kindly note that presentations from personal laptops will not be possible.
- Should you not wish to have your presentation displayed on the IAEA Conferences and Meetings App, please send an email to the Symposium Secretariat informing them.
- As a back-up bring your PowerPoint presentation to the Symposium on a flash drive.
- On the day of your session, before your session starts, you are kindly requested to attend a pre-briefing to meet your chairperson(s) and fellow session speakers. Further details will be provided shortly before the Symposium.
