All Oral Presentations in the Symposium will be delivered as part of a specific session. Each Oral Presentation is expected to be no longer than 12 minutes; in addition, 3 minutes will be provided for questions. These time limits will be strictly observed.
Responsibilities of the Presenters prior to the Symposium are:
- Prepare your PowerPoint presentation using this template. Insert your INDICO-ID on the cover slide of your presentation. The title should be the same as used in the accepted abstract. File name format: INDICO ID_LastName_ORAL (sample: 123_Miller_ORAL);
- 9 June 2023: Send your photo (JPEG format 200px x 200px; file name format: FirstName_LastName) via email to the Symposium Secretariat isih2023@iaea.org;
- 9 June 2023: Complete and submit the online Biographical Data and Release form;
- 19 June 2023: Send the PowerPoint presentation via email to the Symposium Secretariat isih2023@iaea.org. Kindly note that presentations from personal laptops will not be possible;
- As a back-up bring your PowerPoint presentation to the Symposium on a flash drive;
- Send an e-mail to the Symposium Secretariat (isih2023@iaea.org) if you do not want to have your presentation published on the Symposium website or in the IAEA Conference and Meetings Application.
On the day of your session you are kindly requested to attend a briefing meeting to meet your chairperson(s) and other speakers of the session. Further details on the briefing will be provided shortly before the symposium.
