Poster Sessions
Dedicated Poster Sessions will be held during the URAM-2023 Symposium.
Posters are a visual presentation of your submitted abstract. Authors should create a Poster using follow the guidelines available on this LINK.
Information on a Poster should attract attention. Please keep in mind that the content of the Poster should be limited to the most important information, leaving details and explanations for face-to-face dialogue.
During Poster Sessions, Authors will orally present their research to conference attendees and provide interactive communication and dialogue.
E-Posters
An E-Poster is a PowerPoint presentation designed for a digital screen.
Authors should create an E-Poster with a maximum of 3-4 slides using this template.
Authors are encourages to be creative with the E-Posters by including images or aminations. This can help participants remember the presentation and encourage questions or further inquiries.
E-Posters should be intuitive and self-explanatory so that viewers can navigate the presentation themselves without the author present.
The E-Posters will remain viewable for the entire duration of the conference on digital stations. This enables the symposium attendees to view E-Posters even if they missed the dedicated Poster Session(s) and allows authors to discuss their research outside of the allocated Poster Session timeslots.
Responsibilities of the Posters Presenters Prior to the Conference are:
- Upload your extended abstract to INDICO by 17 March 2023 (guidelines on extended abstract submission can be found in the menu on the left of the main page).
- Prepare your E-Poster using this template.
- Send you E-Poster via email to the organizing committee (uram-2023@iaea.org) by 12 April 2023.
- Send an e-mail to the organizing committee (uram-2023@iaea.org) if you do not want to have your presentation published on the Conference website.
- Complete the Biographical Data and Release form and send it to uram-2023@iaea.org by 25 April 2023.
- Bring your E-Poster to the Conference on a flash drive as a backup.
- Prepare a printed poster using the guidlelines.
- Bring you printed Poster to the Conference during in person Registration on 8 May 2023.
