Guidelines for Preparation and Submission of Manuscripts

Manuscripts for contributed papers at the conference must be submitted through this platform only.

• Submission start: 20 August 2012.
• Submission end: 23 September 2012.

The IAEA will not accept contributed papers submitted after the deadline, and any subsequent submission by email will not be accepted either.

Manuscripts should be prepared according to the specifications and instructions provided in the template (MS Word or LaTeX format) available for download (under the "download template" link, visible for logged in users only). The sole format accepted for submission is PDF.

Once the manuscript is prepared and ready for submission (i.e., produced using the template and converted into PDF format), submitters should follow the following steps:

1. Log into their Indico account
2. upload their manuscript via the upload paper link (located under Paper Submission)
3. click on submit the paper. Only after this second step will the paper be definitively submitted
