Oral Presentations in the Conference will be delivered as part of a specific thematic session. Each Oral Presentation to be delivered during the thematic sessions is expected to be no longer than 10 minutes; in addition, 5 minutes will be provided for questions. These time limits will be strictly observed.
Each thematic session will comprise a defined number of oral presentations followed by a brief question and answer period. Each thematic session will be staffed with a technical officer responsible for the overall organization, session chairs responsible for moderating the session and a rapporteur responsible for summarizing and capturing the key highlights of the session.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRESENTERS
PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE:

Upload your PowerPoint presentation (PPT) to INDICO by Friday, 13 February 2026. Instructions for uploading the presentation can be found below.

Use the official RegCon2026 PowerPoint template.

Bring your PPT to the Conference on a flash drive as a backup.
- Complete the Presentation Release and Biographical Data Form available here and answer all questions by Friday, 13 February 2026;
- Send an email a 200px x 200px resolution portrait photograph (jpg format) to RegCon2026@iaea.org

If you do not want to have your presentation published on the Conference website, please send an email to RegCon2026@iaea.org
NOTE: If you do not submit this information to us by 13 February 2026, we will not be able to include this important data in the final conference programme or in the IAEA conference and meetings application. We cannot accept the submission of this information during the conference.
UPLOADING YOUR PRESENTATION

Login into your INDICO account

In the menu on the left, select 'My Contributions'

Click on the title of the submission that you want to upload materials for

At the bottom of the page, click on the pencil icon on the right side of 'Presentation Material'

Select 'Upload files' and choose the appropriate files to upload.

Click the 'Upload' button in the bottom right-hand corner of the dialogue box.
- All files must be named according to IAEA standards. Please refer to the link Naming Convention for Files
PRESENTATION PREPARATION

Your oral presentation should visually convey the core ideas of your accepted synopsis.

Design your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint, landscape format, 16:9 ratio.

Use the official RegCon2026 PowerPoint template provided on INDICO.

Submit your PowerPoint file in .ppt or .pptx format, not exceeding 2 GB.

Add your paper ID on the title slide using the format: IAEA-CN-340-XX.

Institutional logos may be included anywhere in your presentation.

Your title must match the one in the accepted abstract.

Include the name(s) of author(s), affiliation(s), and email of the contact author on the final slide.
FORMATTING RECOMMENDATIONS:

Use CAPITAL LETTERS for section headings.
-
For general content, use mixed case (Upper and lower). Avoid all caps.

Use a consistent font and style throughout.
-
All content should be in English.
-
Be concise and clear.
-
Use bullet points instead of full sentences.
-
Visual elements (figures, charts) should be high-resolution and not pixelated.
-
Your slides should be comprehensible without oral explanation, especially for online viewers.
AT THE CONFERENCE:

The presentation will be pre-loaded and projected by the IAEA conference team

Presentations will be run on IAEA systems—personal laptops are not permitted.

A clicker will be provided for slide navigation.

Please arrive in your session room 15 minutes early to check in with session staff.
