All oral presentations at the International Conference on the Safe and Secure Transport of Nuclear and Radioactive Material will be delivered as part of a technical session, according to the published programme. Unless otherwise instructed, each oral presentation is expected to be no longer than 15 minutes and will be followed by Q&A of 5 minutes. Time limits will be strictly observed.
Following please find some guidelines with regard to your presentation:
· Keep your presentation to a maximum of 15 minutes.
· Prepare your oral presentation in PowerPoint (PPT) using this template: Transport Conf_Presentation template.pptx.
· Please indicate on the first slide if the presenter is not the author of the extended synopsis.
· Upload your complete presentation (see instructions below), using the PPT template, no later than 27 February 2026. Please name your presentation with your abstract ID number and your last name: (ID#000PPT_Oral_Lastname.ppt).
· On the day of your session, attend a briefing meeting to meet with your chairperson and the other speakers in the session. Details on the briefing will be provided to you shortly before the conference.
· Provide your latest photograph and short bio (not more than 150 words).
Your synopsis will be made available in the book of synopses after the conference.
