All oral presentations in the Conference will be delivered as part of a specific technical session.
Each technical session will comprise a defined number of oral presentations followed by a brief question and answer period.
Each technical session will be staffed with a technical officer responsible for the overall organization, a session chair responsible for moderating the session and a rapporteur responsible for summarizing and capturing the key highlights of the session.
Oral Presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes.
1. Checklist for author’s delivering oral presentations
ð Prepare your presentation following the guidelines given below
ð Upload your presentation to INDICO by 1 October 2025
ð Bring a backup copy of your presentation with you to the conference on a flash drive
ð Complete Biographical Data and Release form here
ð Send via email a 200 px x 200 px resolution photograph of yourself (jpg format) to RNI2025@iaea.org by 1 October 2025. Please note the Biographical Data and Release form will be emailed directly to you.
ð Email the organizing committee, RNI2025@iaea.org , if you do not want your presentation published on the Conference website
ð Deliver your oral presentation at the conference
2. Preparing your presentation
· You are only allocated 15 minutes for your presentation
· Please follow the guidelines available on INDICO page.
· The template for oral presentations is available on INDICO page.
3. Uploading your Presentation:
· Login into your INDICO account.
· In the menu on the left side, select 'My Contributions' in 'My Conference'.
· Click on the title of the submission that you want to upload materials for.
· At the bottom of the page, click on the pencil icon on the right side of 'Presentation Material'.
· Select 'Upload files' and choose the appropriate files to upload.
· Click the 'Upload' button in the bottom right-hand corner of the dialogue box.
· Alternatively, should you have any difficulties to upload the file in INDICO, you can submit the file by email to: RNI2025@iaea.org
Only applications that have received country approval by the designated Registration Focal Point (RFP) upon registration in InTouch+ will be considered.
