Guidelines for Oral Presentations

Oral Presentations in the Conference will be delivered as part of a specific thematic session. Each Oral Presentation to be delivered during the thematic sessions is expected to be no longer than 10 minutes; in addition, 5 minutes will be provided for questions. These time limits will be strictly observed.
Each thematic session will comprise a defined number of oral presentations followed by a brief question and answer period. Each thematic session will be staffed with a technical officer responsible for the overall organization, session chairs responsible for moderating the session and a rapporteur responsible for summarizing and capturing the key highlights of the session.
