Guidelines for e-poster presentations

 

Dedicated e-poster sessions will be held during ICARO4. A more detailed programme confirming which poster session you have been assigned to will be communicated in due time.

E-posters are a visual presentation of your submitted abstract. Information on an e-poster should attract attention. Please keep in mind that the content of the e-poster should be limited to the most important information, leaving details and explanations for face-to-face dialogue. During e-poster sessions, authors will orally present their research to symposium attendees and provide interactive communication and dialogue. 

Prior to ICARO, poster presenters are asked to:

• Prepare your e-poster using the ICARO-4 template. 
• E-posters have to be send to INDICO (see instructions below) by 9 May 2025. 

Your abstract will be made available in the book of abstracts and will be considered for the highlight session.

 

How to upload your Presentation or Poster:

·         Log into your INDICO account

·         Select "My contributions"

·         Select "view" of your contribution

·         Click "Edit Files"

·         Click "Add Material"

·         Upload your presentation.

·         Click on "Create Resource" to finalize your submission

·         Click on "Close"
