All oral presentations at IPET 2024 will be delivered as part of a specific session, according to the published programme. Unless otherwise instructed, each oral presentation is expected to be no longer than 4 minutes. Time limits will be strictly observed.
Following please find some guidelines with regard to your presentation:
- Keep your presentation to a maximum of 4 minutes.
- Prepare your oral presentation in PowerPoint (PPT) using this template.
- We kindly request you to access this link to complete some essential information including affiliation, conflict of interest disclosure, and for uploading the picture and bio of the presenter no later than July 31, 2024. Please indicate if the presenter is not the submitter of the abstract.
- To be considered for the highlight session, using the same link above, please upload two slides, using the PPT template, containing a summary of your abstract. Include images, if possible. The deadline for uploading is no later than July 31, 2024.
- Upload here your complete presentation, using the PPT template, no later than September 06, 2024. Please name your presentation with your abstract ID number and your family name (ID#000PPT_Oral_Familyname.ppt)
- On the day of your session, attend a briefing meeting to meet with your chairperson and the other speakers in the session. Details on the briefing will be provided to you shortly before the conference.
Your abstract will be made available in the book of abstracts.
