Once the presentation is prepared and ready for submission (i.e., produced using the template and converted into PDF format), submitters should follow the following steps:
- Login into your INDICO account
- In the menu on the left select 'My Contributions'
- Click on the title of the abstract that you want to upload materials for
- At the bottom of the page click on the pencil icon
- Select 'Upload files' and choose the appropriate files to upload.
- Click the 'Upload' button in the bottom right-hand corner of the dialogue box.
All files must be titled as follows: [INDICO abstract ID #number, presenter’s last name].
Mobile IAEA Conference Application
You will receive your login credentials (password) to use the IAEA Conferences and Meetings App to be downloaded to your smartphone or tablet two weeks before the conference. Please make sure to check and update your profile and picture in the App. Programme changes will be reflected in the App along with the available presentations. If you are a logged-in user, you can also send messages to other participants of the conference.
Please let us know, if you do not wish to share your presentation in pdf after your session with participants via the App.
