Guidelines for Preparation of Full Papers

 

Note: Only authors who have been selected for Oral Presentations are requested to submit a full paper.

The deadline for electronic submission of the full papers as both PDF and Word files is 29 September 2017. Electronic Submissions will only be accepted via the INDICO Website.

The template for Full Paper Submission can be downloaded using this LINK. Full papers must be between 6-10 pages in length.

Papers that do not follow this template and length requirements will not be considered for printing in the conference proceedings.

Once the full paper is prepared and ready for submission (i.e., produced using the template and converted into PDF format), submitters should follow the following steps:

  • Login into your INDICO account
  • In the menu on the left select “My contributions”
  • Select “View” on the right side under Actions
  • Click on the pencil icon beside 'Files':

 ​

  • Select 'Add Material':

  • Select the 'Choose File', select your paper. For 'Material Type' select 'Paper' for full papers, and 'Slides' for your PowerPoint presentation. The access controls can be left as 'Inherit from parent Contribution'.

  • Click the 'Create Resource' button to upload to Indico
