Submit papers

  • Opening day
  • Submission deadline
The first step in the submission process is the creation of an account into the INDICO system, using the orange 'Login' tab in the top right corner of the page and log yourself as a user into the INDICO system.

Should you already have an INDICO account and happen to have forgotten your password, please use the corresponding link provided under the "Login" tab to have your INDICO credentials sent to you by email.

The paper could be in one of the two formats below; for each, specific guidance is provided separately:

Both formats will be accepted.

The maximum length of submissions is four pages (five pages with references), the minimum length is three pages (with references).
Each submission should provide enough information to enable the Programme Committee to evaluate it. Introductory and general matters should not be included.

In the submission process, authors are requested to:
  1. upload their paper in word format following the link ‘Submit a new paper’, and then 'Attach a file'.
  2. input only the abstract in the text box set out for this purpose in the page.
  3. preferably attach figures and tables separately (.PNG, .JPEG, .BMP, .GIF pictures extension).
Submission that do not comply with instructions 1. and 2. above will be rejected.

In addition, authors must specify:
  • one of the thematic topics;
  • intended format, either case study or technical brief;
  • intended style of presentation, either oral or interactive poster.
However, the final decision on thematic tracks, presentation formats and styles will rest with the International Conference Programme Committee. The Committee may also consider individual submissions for specific panel discussions or side events.

Authors will be informed by mid-May 2016 whether their papers have been accepted for delivery as oral or as interactive poster presentations.

The call for abstracts is closed.
