Submission deadline
Concise papers on topics falling within the scope of the conference may be submitted as contributions to the conference.The papers must present original work and must not have been published elsewhere.
Authors of accepted papers are expected to present the substance of their papers in the form of posters, which will be exhibited in a Poster Area. Only in selected cases (time constraints) an oral presentation might be possible. It is expected that at a least one author of each poster will attend the conference in order to be available to discuss the poster.
The first step is the creation of an account into the INDICO system, using the orange 'Login' tab in the top right corner of the page.
SUBMISSION
In order to submit your synopsis, please use the 'Submit a new synopsis' tab. Please notice that submission of a synopsis alone is not enough — authors must further submit the Participation Form (Form A) and Form for Submission of a Paper (Form B). Please consider that the IAEA can provide a certain number of grants for participation. In order to apply for a grant, the Grant Application Form (Form C) has to be submitted. You can download the Forms in PDF format by using the respective tabs on the left side menu. A Word version can be downloaded from the IAEA web site.

An additional file is mandatory if the synopsis contains a figure, graph, or a table. It has to be uploaded as a PDF document, using the 'Attach a file' function provided also within the 'Submit a new synopsis' page.
IMPORTANT
All the co-authors of a paper should be by inserted by the submitter in the appropriated fields, each with affiliation and email address.
MODIFICATION
Modifying a submitted synopsis: Select 'View my synopses' on the front page, select your synopsis ID and click 'Edit' to proceed with the changes.
IMPORTANT
Notification of acceptance of paper will be received before 16 May 2014.
