Extended Abstracts Submission

Steps to Submit Your Extended Abstract

• Step 1: Prepare your extended abstract following the official Guidelines for Extended Abstracts for TIC2026.
• Step 2: Log in to your INDICO account.
• Step 3: Go to your Contribution Page (or click on the link provided in your acceptance email).
• Step 4: Click “Submit Paper”.
• Step 5: Upload your file by dragging and dropping it into the submission box.
• Step 6: Before completing the submission, leave a comment indicating your preferred presentation format: Oral or Poster/Flash Talk.
• Step 7: Click “Save” to complete the submission.

Submission Deadline

• Upload your extended abstract via the IAEA-INDICO system by 6 February 2026.
• Note: Email submissions will not be accepted.

File Naming Convention

• Name your file using the reference number provided in your author notification email (INDICO ID number).
  Example: IAEA-345-XX

Review & Revision Timeline

• Notification of review results: After 3 April 2026
• Deadline for revised abstracts: 1 May 2026 (via IAEA-INDICO)

Presentation Format

When submitting your extended abstract in INDICO:

 

• When submitting your extended abstract, please leave a comment indicating your preferred presentation format: oral or poster/flash talk
  
  Note: While we will take your preferred presentation format into account, please note that the final decision will be made by the Programme Committee.
• Detailed guidelines for oral or poster and flash talk presentations will be published on the conference website in due course.

Important Requirements

• The Programme Committee will only review extended abstracts if Forms A and B have been submitted through via the InTouch+ platform (see Section H of the conference announcement). Please note: if someone other than the main author will present, that person must also complete registration.
• Ensure your extended abstract complies with the copyright declaration in Form B (available via the InTouch+ platform).
• Extended abstracts must meet IAEA quality standards and align with topics outlined in Section C of the announcement.
