Abstract: SMR pressurized water reactor ACP100 can be widely used in factories, small and medium-sized towns for heating, power supply, steam supply, especially for island energy supply, marine resources development and other scenarios that are not suitable for the construction of large piles, and other features, which are suitable for emerging countries to carry out the project construction and promotion.
As the comprehensive use of nuclear energy gradually enters the stage of large-scale development, professional and standardized pre-project work has become the direction of the sustainable development of the comprehensive use of nuclear energy, and the pre-project work of nuclear energy construction projects is the basis for high-quality construction and safe operation of nuclear energy. Therefore, the reliability and efficiency of pre-project work has also become a subject of widespread concern. This study aims to investigate the key factors of pre-project development of nuclear energy construction projects.
This paper systematically sorted out the domestic and international literature materials on nuclear energy project pre-projects and other related topics, the process of nuclear energy construction project pre-project management, and analyzed the objectives of nuclear energy pre-project management, and the key factors of nuclear energy construction project pre-project management. It summaries the analysis, collation and reconstruction of management elements, contents and processes of nuclear energy project pre-project management.
The research results are intended to guide the owner of SMR in emerging countries to provide new ideas and perspectives on pre-management, and to provide theoretical and practical references for the pre-management of ACP100 construction projects.
