Oral presentations
Invited: Duration of 40 minutes, including 10 minutes for Q&A.
Contributed: Duration of 25 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A.
Format: slides in pptx or pdf format, widescreen (16:9) preferred.
When ready, kindly make available your presentation under your contribution webpage (see acceptance email).
Contributed posters
All posters will be displayed both on 19–20 July. The following formats are possible for your poster presentation:
- In person: please upload your e-poster under your contribution webpage (see acceptance email), and display your printed poster at the ITER site during the two posters sessions (19–20 July).
- Remote: please upload your e-poster with audio recording under your contribution webpage (see acceptance email). Please also upload a summary slide. This may be presented during the appropriate discussion session.
Format: Portrait and size A0 (1189 mm high and 841 mm wide).
