Call for Abstracts

In order to submit an abstract, you need to have an INDICO account. To create a new account, please click on the orange 'Login' tab in the top right corner of the page. Once your account is created, you can submit a new abstract by using the 'Submit a new abstract' tab.

SUBMISSION

Complete the appropriate fields for: title, abstract content, and list of all authors and their affiliations. The abstract should be written in English, 500 words maximum, and should not include references, figures or tables. Please check a box (under 'Track Classification') for the session that you consider most appropriate for your presentation.

Please note that submission of an abstract alone is not enough — authors must further submit the Participation Form (Form A) and Form for Submission of a Paper (Form B) through the IAEA web site. The IAEA can provide a limited number of grants for participation. In order to apply for a grant, the Grant Application Form (Form C) must be submitted.

MODIFICATION

Modifying a submitted abstract: Select 'View my abstracts' on the front page, select your abstract ID and click 'Edit' to proceed with the changes.

Notification of acceptance of paper will take place by the end of July 2014.
