1. Size
The slide size will be 16:9.
You can change the size from Design -> Slide Size on PowerPoint.
2. Format and Submission of Presentation Slides
Slides can be submitted through the INDICO platform in PDF format. Please upload your slides by taking the following steps;
1) Log-in to your INDICO account.
2) Click “My Contributions” on menu.
3) Click the title of your contribution.
4) Click the icon next to “Presentation Materials”.
5) Click “Upload files”.
7) Drag and drop your presentation slides in PDF format. Please make sure you title your slides ““ID xxx – [Last Name]”.
8) Click “Upload” to complete the submission.

<FAQs>
1. Can I submit my presentation in PowerPoint?
è No, please submit in PDF file. We will combine all slides for the Book of Abstracts.
2. Can I replace my slides after deadline?
è Technically you can, however please also inform Fusion-Physics@iaea.org if you replaced your submission after 1 November 2019. We do not receive notice when new files are uploaded – therefore we may not realize in changes.
