Guidelines for Preparations and Presentations of Posters

PREPARATION OF A POSTER

The poster should be a visual presentation of your completed work that was proposed in your extended abstract. Posters should be brought to the Technical Meeting in hard copy. The poster session is scheduled for Wednesday 3 April 2019 from 16:00 - 17:00.

Posters should meet the following criteria:

Poster Size

All posters should be in portrait format and size: A0 (1189 mm high and 841 mm wide).

Format

The poster should be easily readable at a distance of two metres. Use UPPER and lower case for general content, as all-capital text is difficult to read. Avoid using mixtures of type/font styles.

Please be aware that all display material should be prepared in advance. It is not possible to print posters at the Technical Meeting site. Pins for mounting posters are available on-site.

A template with a recommend format for posters can be downloaded using this LINK.
