Briefing Sessions
This page provides a general overview for Briefing Sessions held prior to each Main Panel and Technical Session. Please refer to the information provided to you by your Technical Officer for the time of your Briefing Session.
The purpose of Briefing Sessions is to:
- Introduce all session participants to each other, including the Technical Officers, Chairpersons, Rapporteurs and Speakers.
- Discuss the format of the session, including speaking order, and any possible changes.
- Provide information about the equipment available in the session rooms.
- Confirm that all scheduled presenters are present.
- Collect all outstanding biographical information and Forms Bs.
- Inform presenters how to update any papers or presentations which may require updating before the session starts.
Daily Briefing Session Times:
- 08:15-08:45 – Main Panel Sessions
- 10:15-10:45 – Morning Sessions starting 11:00
- 13:15-13:45 – Afternoon Sessions starting 14:00
- 15:45-16:15 – Afternoon Sessions starting 16:30
