Guidelines for Preparation and Submission of Presentations

Authors are requested to upload their presentations as early as possible but no later than 24 hours before the presentation schedule, using this INDICO system.

Oral presentations (required):
Format is PowerPoint (ppt or pptx) or PDF.
Should you have a different format, please contact K.Morrison@iaea.org before 1 October 2012 to see if this format can be accommodated.

Poster presentations (optional):
Format is PDF.

How to upload your presentation:
  1. login into your indico account
  2. Select  “My contributions”  
  3. Select view of your contribution
  4. Click “Add Material”
  5. Choose "Slides" as Material Type
  6. Upload your slide (format: powerpoint  or pdf)
  7. When uploading the presentations, authors should decide if they want to restrict the access to the file.
  • The default status is public, similar to the abstract and programme.
  • If an author would like to restrict access, he/she needs to choose the button:
    Private: Can only be viewed by you and users/groups chosen by you from the list of users.
  • The author who opts for the restricted choice should also send an email to physics@iaea.org to inform the organizer of the decision.
