Abstracts & Synopses Submission

Final deadline for submission of abstracts and synopses is 1st April 2012, Midnight, European Standard Daylight Saving Time.

The process of submitting a proposal for a contribution to the FEC 2012 requires the submission of an abstract (typed in at the "submit an abstract" page) and a two page synopsis(uploaded as a pdf documents only using the "attach a file" function provided also at the "submit an abstract" page).

Abstracts are limited to 2400 characters (spaces included).

Mathematical characters and expressions, Greek or other symbols, and superscripts or subscripts may not be used in the abstract text box; use, for example, “beta” instead of “β”, “n_e” instead of “ne”, “n^e” instead of “ne”,etc.

IMPORTANT

The co-authors of a paper should be inserted by the submitter in the appropriated field and should match the content of the synopsis.

Modifying a submited abstract and/or synopsis: SELECT "view my abstracts" on the front page, select your abstract ID and click modify to proceed with the changes.

Authors must further submit the Participation Form (Form A) and the Form for Submission of a Paper (Form B) to their appropriate governmental authority (see announcement website) for transmission to the IAEA. These forms must be received by the IAEA no later than 1 April 2012.
