Submission deadline
PLEASE READ THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING.
-
Abstracts should be approximately 150 to 200 words and should give enough information on the content of the proposed paper to enable the Review Committee to evaluate it.
-
When submitting an abstract, authors should enter a working title and type the abstract directly into the "Content" box of the "Submit New Abstract" pop-up window.
-
If a paper has multiple authors, all authors should be added to the submission by clicking "Add From Search" or "Enter Manually."
-
If a paper has multiple authors, please indicate who will be presenting the paper by clicking the "Microphone" icon next to their name.
-
Groups preferring to present their work as a poster should indicate as such in the "Contribution type" drop down menu.
-
Authors must select the Conference Theme which best aligns with the content of their abstract in the "Track" dropdown menu.
-
Authors are asked to select ONE proposed Technical Session on which they could envision their work being presented. This proposed Technical Session must align with the Conference Theme in which authors are submitting their abstracts. There is no guarantee that selected papers will ultimately be presented on the author's proposed Technical Session.
-
Abstracts can only be submitted via INDICO. Abstracts submitted via email will not be accepted.
-
Abstracts can be submitted through this system until 30 September.
