Deadline of abstract submission is 16 June 2023.
Before submitting an abstract, you must create an INDICO account. Use the 'Login' tab in the top right corner of the page to register. If you are already a registered INDICO user, please log into the system.
NOTE: This is not associated with the Technical Meeting Registration system and is required for all persons wishing to submit an abstract!
Participants who wish to give presentations are requested to submit an abstract of their work. The abstract will be reviewed as part of the selection process for presentations. The abstract should not exceed 500 words. Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their proposed presentations by 3 July 2023.
It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that the submitted abstracts have received any necessary clearance by the relevant governmental authorities and to complete the 'Registration Form' in this system by selecting it from the menu on the left.
participants have to submit the abstract together with the Participation Form (Form A) and the attached Form for Submission of a Paper (Form B) to their competent national authority (e.g. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Permanent Mission to the IAEA or National Atomic Energy Authority) or their organization for onward transmission to the IAEA no later than 16 June 2023.
Country: The country must be the same as the author's country of designation in the official registration. If the country is not present in the list, please email the organizers and we will add it.
