Call for Abstracts

  • Opening day
  • Submission deadline

Submissions

The process of submitting a proposal for a contribution to the conference requires the submission of an abstract.

Abstracts (approximately 150 to 500 words on one printed A4 page, may contain any charts, graphs, figures and references) should give enough information on the content of the proposed paper to enable the Programme Committee to evaluate it.

The abstract must be in English and should provide enough detail for the paper to allow the selection committee to evaluate the contribution.

Due to the word limits, we advise you to be as consistent as possible and to highlight the main findings of your contribution in the summary. You do not need to add an introduction nor address general matters.

Note that the work must be original, meaning that is not published somewhere else.

Anyone wishing to present at the conference must submit an abstract in electronic format using the conference’s file submission system IAEA-INDICO.

** In addition, participants must register through InTouch+. See the information under ‘Registration’.**

Acceptance of Abstracts

Authors will be informed by 28 March 2022 as to whether their submission has been accepted, either orally or as a poster, for presentation at the conference. Accepted abstracts will also be reproduced in an unedited electronic compilation of Abstracts which will be made available to all registered participants of the conference.

IMPORTANT: The system for electronic submission of papers, IAEA-INDICO, is the sole mechanism for submission of contributed papers. Authors are encouraged to submit papers as early as possible. The IAEA will not accept submissions via email.
