Independently of the type of presentation (invited plenary talks, oral contributions, or poster), it is mandatory to record your presentation according to the guidelines given below and submit the recording no later than Friday, 22 April 2022.
1. Submission of Oral Presentations
In case your full paper was accepted as an ORAL PRESENTATION, please carefully read the oral presentation guidelines, and use the PowerPoint presentation template and submit a pre-recorded presentation.
Please note that the video presentation must
- not exceed 25 minutes duration for invited plenary talks
- not exceed 15 minutes duration for oral presentations
It is required that you should submit a pre-recorded presentation of your talk even if you plan on attending the conference in person.
2. Submission of e-Posters
In case your paper was accepted as a POSTER, please read carefully the e-Poster guidelines, use the PowerPoint poster presentation template and submit your e-poster as a:
- Pre-recorded 5-minutes-long, PowerPoint presentation.
Please note that you should submit a pre-recorded presentation of the poster even if you plan on attending the conference in person.
3. Deadline
The presentations must be submitted via email to: AccConf2022@iaea.org
with CC to S.Charisopoulos@iaea.org, no later than Friday, 22 April 2022.
