Submission deadline
The deadline to submit an extended abstract is has been extended to 8 May 2020. Following the Conference, a book of extended abstracts will be published online. No full papers will be requested.
Before submitting an abstract, you must create an INDICO account. Use the 'Login' tab in the top right corner of the page to register. You will be redirected to the IAEA Nucleus homepage and requested to login there. If you are already a registered INDICO user, and have a Nucleus account, existing identities will be matched based on email address. If an INDICO user does not have a Nucleus account, you will need to register in Nucleus using the same email as in INDICO.
NOTE: This is not associated with the Conference Registration system and is required for all persons wishing to submit an abstract!
Concise papers on topics falling within the scope of the conference (see Scientific Programme for more information) may be submitted. All papers, apart from invited papers, must present original work and must not have been published elsewhere. Persons who wish to present a paper or a poster must submit an extended abstract using the template (maximum two A4 pages) by clicking on the "Submit new abstract" button below and attaching the extended abstract as a word document. Paper copies cannot be accepted. To modify a submitted abstract, click 'My Abstracts' at the bottom of this page, select the abstract ID and click 'Modify'.
It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that the submitted abstracts have received any necessary clearance by the relevant governmental authorities.
Authors must also submit the Participation Form (Form A) and the Form for Submission of a Paper/Poster (Form B) to their appropriate governmental authority (see conference website) for transmission to the IAEA. These forms must be received by the IAEA no later than 1 June 2020.
