Submission deadline
Concise papers on topics falling within the scope of the Conference may be submitted. All papers, apart from invited papers, must present original work and must not have been published elsewhere.
Authors of accepted papers are expected to present the substance of their papers as a presentation during a technical session or in the form of posters, which will be exhibited in a Poster Area. It is expected that at a least one author of each poster will attend the Conference in order to be available to discuss the poster.
Submission of Abstracts
Anyone wishing to present a paper at the conference must submit an abstract of not more than two pages (800 words) in electronic format through this system. Paper copies cannot be accepted.
In addition, authors must electronically submit the following two forms to their appropriate governmental authority for transmission to the IAEA. These forms must be received by the IAEA no later than 30 April 2019.
- Participation Form (Form A)
- Form for Submission of a Paper (Form B)
IMPORTANT: The electronically received abstracts will be considered by the Programme Committee only if above two forms have been received by the IAEA through the established official channels.
Acceptance of Abstracts
Authors will be notified by email by 28 June 2019 as to whether, on the basis of the abstracts uploaded, their papers have been accepted for submission of a contributed paper as well as for either an oral or poster presentation during the conference.
