Step one: Create an account in the INDICO system using the Login button at the top right corner of the page.

Step two: ​Submit an abstract, using the 'Submit abstract' tab. The submitter must include all the co-authors, each with name, affiliation and email address.

Abstracts are limited to 500 words and one table or figure. If the abstract contains a figure or table, it must be uploaded as a PDF file, using the 'Attach a file' function within the 'Submit abstract' tab and follow the instructions.

Whenever feasible, please structure your abstract as follows:

• Introduction
• Methods
• Results
• ​Conclusion

Please notice that submission of an abstract is not enough — authors must further submit the

• Participation Form (Form A) and
• Form for Submission of a Paper (Form B) through the official channels (see below)

Please consider that the IAEA can provide a certain number of grants for participation. Use 

• Grant Application Form (Form C) to apply
